My OM-4 worked extremely well in these low light conditions owing to it's remarkable 4 minute long auto exposure capability coupled with its 2-degree spot meter.   I simply metered the brightest portion of the scene using the spot meter, compensated for some reciprocity failure, and fired away on auto.
